Jeffrey Fisher | Founder
Jeffrey Aaron Fisher leads Arcadian Land and Water with over two decades of experience in land investment, conservation finance, and natural resource strategy. He has facilitated over $1 billion in unique real estate and conservation transactions through his leadership roles at Unique Places LLC, The Nature Conservancy, and in private legal practice.
Jeff’s work blends legal acumen, ecological insight, and investment strategy to help families, investors, and institutions steward land in ways that are both profitable and lasting. His current focus is on large-scale land assemblages, conservation easements, and regenerative land use in North Carolina and beyond.
Jeff earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment, and a B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
He lives in Chapel Hill with his wife and daughter, where they manage Honeysuckle Farm—a diverse farmstead home to blueberries, sheep, tea, and other land-based ventures. Jeff is also a licensed attorney, although currently inactive, he is working towards re-activating his license in 2025 and has joined Dogwood Legal. His daily work on the land informs his investment philosophy and long-term vision for Arcadian.
Svetlana Andrianova | CFO
Mrs. Andrianova serves as Arcadian’s CFO. She started her professional career in Market Risk Management and Commercial Banking at ING Bank and Amsterdam Trade Bank in the Netherlands. In 2010 she moved to North Carolina to pursue an MBA degree at Duke University. After graduating from Duke in 2012, Svetlana spent a formative decade working at the largest global management consulting firm – McKinsey & Company. During her tenure at McKinsey, she advised clients regarding talent management, turnarounds and business transformations. Her experience spanned across sectors such as agriculture, chemicals, logistics & transportation, pharmaceuticals companies across US and internationally.
Svetlana holds a BA Degree from the Plekhanov Academy of Economics with a major in Financial Management; an MSc Degree in Management Research from the Said Business School, the University of Oxford, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
